Excellent dry wicking action for long work days. Fantastic socks! I purchased them for my son who is an engineer and he says these are the only socks he likes for working in the engine room. Not at all odor proof or resistant Does not work the way they claim. New boots with new pairs of these socks: first time wearing them on a hard days work - no odor, but the second time I wore them (after being washed) they began to smell. Each time I wear them now they are no different than any of my other socks. My boots don't even smell yet! Besides, the socks are uncomfortable and thin.
